In this episode of season 2 episode 14 entitled Forging bonds Neal recalls his first meetings with Kate and Mozzie while Peter goes over the details of Neal's first arrest.
White Collar is back into full swing – and yes, Mozzie (Willie Garson) is alive and well – with ex-con turned consultant Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) and FBI Agent Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) tracking down leads on Mozzie’s shooter and who hired him. Last week’s ‘Burke’s Seven’ was a great con, bringing the entire group together, and ended with the cliffhanger of the man behind it all having some sort of direct connection to Neal. More noteworthy was the episode ending in a chase with Burke on horseback. Seriously.
aybe more importantly, following the events before the Season 2 break, is how the episode promises to enlighten viewers on the beginning of the relationship between Neal and Moz. All in all, it’ll likely be a break (or delay) from getting back to the core plot of White Collar. But like any good flashback, providing viewers a look into the past of its main characters will help provide emotional impact when we eventually get back to their stories in the present. Furthermore, some fun talk of facial hair for key characters will likely make the episode a must-see for big fans.
